On September 14, 2021, Kyle A. Hawley, 31, of E. Main St., Batavia, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly overdosing on August 26, 2021 at about 3:38a.m. in Bergen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hawley allegedly overdosed on a narcotic analgesic while in the presence of a child less than 17 years of age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hawley was provided Narcan by emergency crews on scene and was transported to a nearby hospital where he was later released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was processed at the Genesee County Jail and was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Bergen Town Court on October 6, 2021 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brock O. Doberstein, 25, of Cattaraugus, NY, is charged with criminal mischief 2nd and petit larceny, following and investigation into an incident that occurred at Darien Lake on August 14, 2021 at 10:45pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Doberstein allegedly damaged a vehicle and stole the vehicle’s license plates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was arraigned in Darien Town Court and released on his own recognizance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
