OLIVER<\/em>, F\/49 of LeRoy NY, was arrested after an investigation into a traffic stop in the City of Batavia. OLIVER was stopped for moving violations and was found to be impaired by alcohol with her BAC .08% or more. OLIVER was released with an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Owning\/Harboring Unlicensed Dog<\/strong>, 10:13 AM, Tuesday, September 14, 2021, S. Swan St. \u2013 <em>Marlena M. BURRUS<\/em>, F\/34 of Batavia, NY was arrested for owning\/harboring unlicensed dogs on 9\/14\/2021. It is alleged that BURRUS did not license her four dogs with the City of Batavia that were located in her residence.
