Melvin A. Huntley, 40, of Wilkinson Rd., Batavia, is facing additional charges after further investigation leads to an additional victim coming forth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Huntley is charged with rape 1st degree, sex abuse 1st and predatory sexual assault\/two or more victims, all felony charges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ongoing investigation found that Huntley subjected a total of four victims to various incidents of sexual assault over the course of 7 years. Huntley was previously charged in three other cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sheriff’s Office investigators say the investigation is now complete and no further victims are known at this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Huntley remains in the Genesee County Jail after his arraignment on September 23, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
