Zoe A. McClure, 48, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with identity theft 2nd after she allegedly assumed the identity of another person and obtained goods with a value greater than $500 on May 26, 2017.<\/p>\n
McClure allegedly opened up a credit card account in another person’s name and charged an amount to that card that was greater than $500.<\/p>\n
She was arraigned in City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.<\/p>\n
McClure is due back in court on January 3, 2018.<\/p>\n

Samuel R. Thompson, 62, of York St., Rochester, was arrested following a complaint of criminal mischief at Kwik Fill at 99 Jackson street on December 1, 2017.<\/p>\n
Thompson allegedly wrote on the outside of the building in permanent marker.<\/p>\n
He was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $1,500 cash or bond bail.<\/p>\n
