Fugle, 50, of Varysburg, for driving while intoxicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers stopped Fugle on Rt. 98 in the town of Sheldon for failure to maintain lane. Fugle was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to SP Warsaw for processing.
