On October 16, 2021, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Katherine A. O\u2019Brien, 28, of Pavilion, NY, for felony driving while intoxicated-previous conviction within ten years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Saltvale Road, in the town of Warsaw. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the interview with operator O\u2019Brien, she was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined O\u2019Brien had allegedly been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
O\u2019Brien failed standardized field sobriety tests. She was arrested, transported and processed at SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.17% BAC. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
