Editrudis Zavala-Palacio, 52, has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused on rape 1st degree, a class B violent felony, following an investigation into a reported forcible rape that allegedly occurred on or about December 24, 2009 at an apartment above an address on Jackson street in the City of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zavala-Palacio is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with another person who was incapable of consent by reason of being physically helpless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
