Jarrett C. Coniglio, 28, has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury after being accused of two counts of assault 2nd, a class D violent felony, during an incident on Bloomingdale road in Alabama on July 23, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coniglio is accused of causing physical injury to a male subject who suffered a head laceration after being struck with a beer bottle. Coniglio is also accused of causing physical injury to a police officer during his arrest and is also accused of resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Justice C. Coniglio, 31, was also arrested in the incident. He is charged with obstructing governmental administration 2nd and resisting arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both subjects were allegedly hostile and combative with Genesee County Sheriff\u2019s Deputies during the course of their investigation into the incident. Sheriff\u2019s Department K-9 Frankie assisted in the apprehension of both subjects.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
