Surabian, 33, of State St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with 5 counts of offering a false instrument for filing 1st degree and 1 count of grand larceny 3rd, all felony charges, after an investigation by the Genesee County Department of Social Services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Surabian allegedly failed to report that the father of her children was also residing in the home, or that he was earning wages. As a  result, Surabian received $7,919.00 in SNAP benefits she was not entitled to. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Surabian was arraigned in Batavia Town Court on October 15, 2021 and released on her own recognizance and will appear at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Charles E. Ford, 57, of Woodfield Rd., Baldwin, NY, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd after Ford was located by a homeowner sleeping inside their vehicle that was parked in their attached garage in the town of Batavia on October 18, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ford was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stephanee M.
