Cummings III, 31, of Akron Rd., Pembroke, is charged with criminal mischief 4th for allegedly damaging the property of another person on December 8, 2017 in Pembroke.<\/p>\n<p>Cummings was arraigned in Pembroke Town Court and released on his own recognizance.<\/p>\n<p>An order of protection was issued and Cummings will appear in Pembroke Town Court on January 4, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gerald J. Farrell, 24, of\u00a0 Nunda, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and failure to keep right following a traffic stop on Rt. 63 in Bethany on December 10, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Farrell was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bethany Court on January 23, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cameron R. Lochren, 23, of Broadway Rd., Darien, is charged with DWAI\/drugs, operating without headlights and drivers view obstructed after a traffic stop on Railroad street in Alexander on December 8, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Lochren was arraigned in Alexander Town Court and jailed in lieu of $1,250 cash bail or $2,500 bond.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Alex A. Applegate, 21, of Upper Holley Rd., Holley, is charged with DWI and moving from a lane unsafely after a motor vehicle accident on Rt. 237 in the Town of Byron on December 9, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Other charges are pending at this time.<\/p>\n<p>Applegate was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Byron Court on January 15, 2018 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Amie L. Santiago, 31, of Hindsburg Rd., Albion, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Roberts road in Alabama on December 9, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Santiago was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Alabama Town Court on January 10, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Robert D.
