Shaffner, 36, of Arcade, NY, for driving while intoxicated.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During a traffic stop in the town of Eagle, Shaffner was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Shaffner had been allegedly operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shaffner failed standardized field sobriety tests.\u00a0 He was arrested and transported to SP Fillmore, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.17% BAC.\u00a0 Shaffner was released with appearance tickets for the town of Eagle court, where he is due to appear at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On October 24, 2021, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Joshua R.
