Betancourt, 19, of Rochester, is charged with petit larceny and criminal mischief, after deputies responded to a larceny complaint at a retail store located at 4133 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive in Batavia on November 7, 2021 at 3:14p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Betancourt allegedly threw merchandise outside of the store, passing all points of purchase without paying. Betancourt allegedly caused damage to the property when he threw it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Betancourt was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on December 2, 2021 at 1:00p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Klarissa C. Price, 43, of Batavia, is charged with trespass after deputies responded to a complaint at the Mark Trail Motel on 4036 W. Main street road in Batavia, on September 28, 2021 at 4:32p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Price allegedly trespassed on the Mark Trail property and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 11, 2021 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dominique S.
