Lake road in Bergen on November 13, 2021 at 6:11p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vail will appear in the town of Bergen Court on December 8, 2021 at 5:00p.m. to answer the charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aaron M.R. Hatt, 25, of Federal Dr., Batavia, is charged with failure to signal, operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs, operating a motor vehicle while unlicensed and DWI, after a traffic stop for failing to signal on Wortendyke road in Batavia on September 18, 2021 at 2:13a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hatt was allegedly operating in an impaired condition without a valid NYS Driver&#8217;s license and failed to signal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hatt was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the town of Batavia Court on December 2, 2021 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zachary J. Chittenden, 34, of Pembroke, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, and no \/inadequate plate lamps, on Hartshorn road in Batavia on November 14, 2021 at 2:38a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chittenden was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on appearance tickets returnable to the town of Batavia Court on December 9, 2021 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Katherine J.
