Santiago, 39, of Albion, N.Y., was disposed and he pleaded guilty to harassment 2nd degree, a violation, on June 20th, 2018. He paid a fine of $50 and a surcharge of $115.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The investigation was conducted by Investigator K.
