Kurtz was arraigned in Batavia City Court by Judge Burns and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court on 12\/2\/2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Driving While Intoxicated \u2013 BAC >.08%; Driving While Intoxicated; Operating a Motor Vehicle without insurance; Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration<\/strong>, 1:56 AM, Saturday, November 13, 2021, Jackson St. \u2013 On 11\/13\/2021<em>, Jesslyn F. BIGELOW<\/em>, F\/24 of Batavia NY, was arrested after an investigation following a traffic stop where BigelowI was allegedly found to be intoxicated by an alcoholic beverage. BigelowI was issued several traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on a later date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Theft of Services<\/strong>, 8:00 PM, Thursday, November 4, 2021, Ellicott St. \u2013 On 11\/5\/2021, at about 11:30PM, Batavia Police arrested <em>Christine CAPLIS<\/em> on the listed charge after she was located by Genesee County Sheriff\u2019s Deputies. Caplis allegedly failed to pay for services provided by a local restaurant. Caplis was issued an appearance ticket scheduling her to appear in Batavia City Court on 11\/16\/2021 at 1:00PM. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th<\/strong> , 7:20 PM, Saturday, August 28, 2021, E. Main St. \u2013 On 11\/7\/2021, <em>Michael ROBBINS<\/em>, M\/61 of Batavia NY, was arrested on the charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree. The charge stems from a previous incident where Robbins was arrested. Robbins was found to allegedly have had a quantity of drugs on his person at the time.
