Siegmyer, 20, of Baxter St., Buffalo, is charged with possession of open container in a motor vehicle, uninspected motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana after the check of a vehicle parked roadside on Prole road in Stafford on January 1, 2017 at 1:24a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Siegmyer was issued an appearance ticket on the possession of marijuana charged and uniform traffic tickets on the other charges.<\/p>\n<p>He will appear in Stafford Town Court on January 31, 2017 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Angela J.
