During this time period, Albanese allegedly collected $38,684.18 from Genesee County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released on recognizance and will re-appear in City Court on December 2, 2021 at 3:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thomas J. Leonard, 38, of Batavia, is charged with burglary 3rd degree and petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from Walmart on Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia on November 29, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leonard was previously charged with trespass at the store.
