Hoefer was arraigned by CAP Court and remanded to the Jail on $1,500 cash, insurance company bail bond, partial secured appearance bond with 10% deposit. Hoefer is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On October 29, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s Office charged William Becker, 39, of Holley, with harassment 2nd. Becker was arraigned by CAP Court and was released on his own recognizance. Becker is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On November 2, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff\u2019s Office charged Dylan Dent, 29, of Albion, with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd.
