Brian J. Miller, 40, of Bethany, is charged with menacing 3rd, obstructing governmental administration 2nd and criminal mischief 4th, all misdemeanors, after a reported domestic incident in Bethany on December 1, 2021 at 10:51p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After an investigation, Sheriff’s deputies say that a physical altercation allegedly ensued between the victim and Miller, who fled the scene on foot to a wooded area prior to the arrival of law enforcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deputy Mullen and K-9 Frankie were called to the scene to assist in locating Miller. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
