Phillips, 31, of E.Main St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from Wal-Mart on December 17, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Phillips was issued an appearance ticket and released. She will appear in Batavia Town Court on January 18, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Anthony M. Strollo, 59, of Bethany Center Rd., Bethany, is charged with trespass after allegedly walking on property without permission on Wortendyke road on December 12, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Strollo was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 22, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jacklyn M.
