Justin T. Calmes, 43, of Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating an order of protection on 11\/26 and 11\/27\/21. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Calmes allegedly followed and then approached and interacted with the victim while they were at their workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was arraigned in City Court on December 3, 2021 and released with a future court date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kara B. Sass, 27, of Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, with intent to sell, criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th, and criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd, after Genesee County Probation requested assistance on December 3, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office, it was determined that Sass allegedly possessed a quantity of narcotics, identified as cocaine, along with drug paraphernalia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sass was transported to Batavia Town Court for arraignment in front of Judge Funke and released under supervision. She will re-appear in court on January 5, 2022 at 2:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
