Ramirez, 19, of Oakfield, is charged with menacing 3rd, after intentionally allegedly placing another person in fear of physical injury or death, after an incident in Oakfield on December 8, 2021 at 1:45p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ramirez was arraigned in Oakfield Town Court and released on his own recognizance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He is to re-appear in Oakfield Town Court on January 3, 2022 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Roger J.
