Greene, 37 of Rochester and Chelsea M. Mutter, 28, of Batavia, allegedly possessed a quantity of crack cocaine. Both were taken into custody without incident. Greene was also arrested on multiple outstanding warrants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Greene and Mutter are each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, a class B felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th degree, a class C felony. They were arraigned in the town of Batavia Court .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Greene was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice, and Mutter was released on her own recognizance.
