LYTLE<\/em>, F\/39 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the charge of animal cruelty; failure to provide sustenance. The Batavia Police Department was requested to LYTLE\u2019s residence to assist members of Genesee County Probation during a house check. It was found that LYTLE was keeping a dog in a cage without adequate food or water and within its own feces. LYTLE was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Batavia City Court on 1\/11\/2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Arrest Fugitive from Justice<\/strong>, 2:06 AM, Saturday, December 18, 2021, Oak St. \u2013 <em>Robert W. RUSSO<\/em>, M\/46 of Winter Park, FL, was arrested on the above date and time after he was located on an unrelated complaint. RUSSO was arrested as a fugitive from justice, based on an arrest warrant out of Orange County Florida for Assault. RUSSO was arraigned in Batavia City Court by Judge Burns and was held. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Grand Larceny 4th Degree<\/strong>, 11:30 AM, Monday, October 25, 2021, E. Main St. \u2013 <em>John J. SADDLER<\/em>, M\/34, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on 12\/13\/2021 for the listed charge. SADDLER is alleged to have stolen cash from the pants pocket of another person on 10\/25\/2021. SADDLER was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Batavia City Court on 12\/21\/2021 at 1:00 PM and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bench Warrant<\/strong>, 12:00 AM, Monday, August 30, 2021, W. Main St. \u2013 On 12\/22\/2021, <em>Marcell F. GREENE<\/em>, F\/37 of Bliss, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant, out of Batavia City Court. It\u2019s alleged that GREENE failed to comply with a court-ordered program. GREENE was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
