Wright, 51, of Bethany, is charged with DWI, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, no seat belt, and stopping in the roadway on a public highway, following an investigation of a vehicle parked, blocking the roadway on a public highway. The incident occurred on Clinton street road in Stafford at 2:41a.m. on December 28, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wright was allegedly operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Stafford Town Court on January 18, 2022 at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amber L. Turner, 28, and James N. DiFalco, 25, both of Batavia, are each charged with petit larceny following a larceny complaint at Walmart, 4133 Veterans Memorial Drive, on December 28, 2021 at 3:33p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turner and DiFalco allegedly concealed items in a shopping cart and proceeded to pass all points of sale without paying. Both were processed at the Genesee County Jail for prints and photos and then released on appearance tickets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turner and DiFalco will appear in Batavia Town Court on January 22, 2022 at 10:00am in front of Judge Young.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Glenn H.
