Gerety, 43, of Elm St., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of marijuana after a domestic incident on Elm Street on December 28, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Gerety damaged property at the residence and was found to be in possession of marijuana and then resisted arrest.<\/p>\n<p>He was arraigned in City Court and jailed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Melanie M. Matesz, 51, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after an incident at a residence on Dellinger avenue where she allegedly struck another person.<\/p>\n<p>Matesz was issued an appearance ticket and was released.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Richard G. Clark, 46, of Main St., Corfu, is charged with harassment 2nd after a domestic dispute where he allegedly grabbed another person and pushed them.<\/p>\n<p>Clark was arraigned in City Court and released on recognizance.<\/p>\n<p>He is due back in court today.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ronald F. Ratulowski Jr., 43, of Eleanor Pl., Batavia, is charge with harassment 2nd after a domestic dispute on December 28, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 17, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A 16 year old male, of Batavia, was picked up on an active warrant for criminal contempt 2nd.<\/p>\n<p>On or about October 20, 2016, he violated a Family Court Order.<\/p>\n<p>The teen was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 10, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jessica L. Polk, 40, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with criminal tampering after she allegedly tampered with property belonging to another person on December 23, 2016 on Bank street.<\/p>\n<p>Polk was released on an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Robert M. Schryver, 53, of N. Spruce St., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana on December 29, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Schryver will appear in City Court on January 10, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Robert R.
