Peluso, 45, of Bethany, is charged with assault 3rd\/recklessly cause injury and endangering the welfare of a child, after allegedly striking a minor, causing them substantial pain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peluso was arraigned in Bethany Town Court on January 3, 2022 and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joseph O. Hutt, 32, of Rochester, is charged with DWI and speeding in a 55mph zone following a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in the town of Byron on December 29, 2021 at 7:22p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hutt was issued traffic tickets and is to appear in Byron Town Court on January 17, 2022 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Michael J. Robbins, 62, of Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after a reported larceny in progress at Walmart at 4133 Veterans Memorial Drive in Batavia on December 30, 2021 at 7:35p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Robbins allegedly stole merchandise from Walmart that totaled $83.13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 27, 2022 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eric J.
