Robinson, 44, of Lockport, is charged with grand larceny 4th\/credit card, and petit larceny, after allegedly picking up a wallet that a person had dropped on the floor at a Batavia business on November 16, 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Robinson allegedly took the wallet home and did not make an attempt to return the wallet or contact the victim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Robinson was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 13, 2022 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jaylinn M. O&#8217;Neil, 31, of Bethany, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree and unlicensed operator, following a traffic stop on Veterans Memorial Drive in Batavia on December 29, 2021 at 5:34p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O&#8217;Neil was allegedly in possession of narcotic drugs and operating a vehicle with a suspended license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O&#8217;Neil was transported to the Genesee County Jail for fingerprints and photographs and released on appearance tickets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She is scheduled to appear in Batavia Town Court on January 13, 2022 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jennifer M. Moore, 36, of Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th after an investigation into drug possession on Park road on October 22, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moore was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 20, 2022 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Michael J.
