Mcgrain, 29, of Rochester, NY, is charged with felony DWI\/previous conviction within 10 years, speeding in a 55mph zone, refusal to take a breath test, failure to keep right and moving from a lane unsafely, after a traffic stop on College road in the Town of Batavia on January 8, 2022 at 1:21a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mcgrain was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was issued traffic tickets and will appear in Batavia Town Court on January 27, 2022 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shannon L. Marvin, 30, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th\/credit card, after allegedly stealing a credit card from an individual in the Town of Bergen on November 9, 2021 at 3:01p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marvin also allegedly made several purchases with the credit card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marvin was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with an appearance ticket. Marvin will appear in Bergen Town Court on January 19, 2022 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eric T.
