On January 7, 2022, a search warrant was issued for the residence of Craig Poler, 33 of Castile, NY, authorizing Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department investigators to conduct an investigation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Poler was placed under arrest and is charged with two counts of Predatory Sexual Assault against a Child, a class A-II felony. Poler is accused of committing the crime of Course of Sexual Conduct against a child in the first degree when the victim is less than 13 years old. There are two victims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Poler was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court and committed to Wyoming County Jail on no bail. He is to appear in Castile Court on January 24, 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
