The Batavia Police Department is seeking the assistance of the community in an attempt to locate<\/div>\n
Charles \u201cGusto\u201d Wiliams.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Williams is wanted for 2 warrants, criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree and criminal contempt in the first degree.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
He was released pending sentencing and while awaiting sentencing did violate an Order Protection.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Williams failed to show up for his sentencing in court on the narcotics charge, and has refused to turn himself in at this time.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Anyone with information on Williams\u2019 whereabouts is urged to call the Batavia Police Department<\/div>\n
at 9-1-1.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Do not approach Williams if located.<\/div>\n
