Henning, 41, of Batavia, is charged with falsifying business records 1st, following the investigation of a fraud complaint on Veterans Memorial Drive on December 22, 2021 at Pawn King.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Henning allegedly falsified business documents while at the store in the Town of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was issued an appearance ticket is scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 17, 2022 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The case is being investigated by Investigator Erik Andre with assistance from Deputy James Stack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qumane J. Santiago, 23, of Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd\/physical contact, after allegedly striking another inmate at the Genesee County Jail at 14 W.
