Keene, 26, of Pembroke, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident at South Newstead Road, in the town of Newstead.\u00a0 During an interview with Keene, she was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment.\u00a0Troopers determined Keene had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keene had failed standardized field sobriety tests.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She was arrested and processed at State Police in Newstead, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.10% BAC.\u00a0 Keene was released with appearance tickets for the town of Newstead court, where she is due to appear at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On January 8, 2022, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Rachel A.
