Martin, 27, of Hamlin, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08%, reckless endangerment 2nd, operator leaving the scene of an injury accident\/failure to show license\/prior offense, and reckless driving, after a two-vehicle accident with injuries at South Lake street road and Buffalo road in Bergen on January 14, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deputies say that Martin allegedly fled from the scene of the accident after failing to stop for a stop sign and striking another vehicle. Deputies later located Martin&#8217;s vehicle near the LeRoy Park and Ride on Rt. 19, and while attempting to stop the vehicle, Martin nearly struck a Village of LeRoy patrol car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After an investigation, Martin was allegedly operating her motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol. She was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with appearance tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Martin will appear in Bergen Town Court on February 2, 2022 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rebecca L.
