Warriner, 24, of Byron, is charged with DWI, refusal to take a breath test, speed not reasonable and prudent, and following too closely, after crashing into the rear of a Sheriff&#8217;s patrol vehicle at 7512 Clinton street road in Bergen on January 16, 2022 at 12:15am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Sheriff&#8217;s patrol vehicle slowed down while another vehicle in front of the Sheriff&#8217;s patrol vehicle was turning off the roadway. Warriner was allegedly traveling at an unreasonable speed as well as allegedly following too closely to the marked Sheriff&#8217;s patrol vehicle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following roadside field sobriety tests, Warriner refused the roadside breath test. He was issued appearance tickets to appear in Bergen Town Court and will appear on February 16, 2022 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brianna N. Greene, 34, of Buffalo, is charged with grand larceny 4th\/value greater than $1,000, after allegedly stealing mor than $1,000 worth of clothing items from Dick&#8217;s Sporting Goods in Batavia on Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive on January 8, 2022 at 3:51p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Greene was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 18, 2022 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nicholas S.
