Norris, 53, of Overbrook Rd., Rochester, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, speed exceeding 55mph and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway after a traffic stop on S. Lake road in Bergen on December 23, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Norris was observed operating a motor vehicle going 72mph in a posted 55mph zone.<\/p>\n<p>After further investigation, an open container of liquor was found in the the driver&#8217;s side door.<\/p>\n<p>Norris was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on February 1, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kyle J. Whitcomb, 19, of Westchester Dr., Cheektowaga, is charged with driving to the left of pavement markings and unlawful possession of marijuana after a single car motor vehicle accident on Rt. 77 in the Town of Pembroke on January 3, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Whitcomb was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on January 24, 2017 at 4:30p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dennis A.
