Thigpen, 40, of Batavia, of predatory sexual assault against a child, a class A II felony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thigpen is accused of criminal sexual act 1st degree, and course sexual conduct against a child from June 1, 2014- August 31, 2014 and also from May 1, 2015-July 31, 2015 with a child less than 13 years old in the City of Batavia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If convicted, Thigpen could face life in prison. He is currently an inmate at Greene Correctional Facility in Coxsackie, NY, sentenced to 3.5-4 years in October of 2019, after being convicted of sexual abuse 1st, a class D felony and criminal contempt 1st, a class E felony in Genesee County. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Genesee County Grand Jury has filed a four-count indictment, accusing Wesley N.
