Hickey, 58, of Depew, NY, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers responded to Letchworth Pines on State Route 19A in the town of Genesee Falls to check the welfare of a man slumped over the wheel with the vehicle still running. During the interview, Hickey was exhibiting signs of impairment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers determined Hickey had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition.\u00a0 Hickey had failed standardized field sobriety tests and was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.20% BAC.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hickey was released with appearance tickets for the town of Genesee Falls Court for February 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PRESS RELEASE On January 16, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested John A.
