Tatro III, 27, of Attica, was arrested on two active bench warrants issued by Batavia City Court on January 17, 2022, for criminal contempt and bail jumping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tatro III was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on one count in lieu of $1,000 cash, $2,000 bond, or $3,000 partially secured bond. He was remanded to the jail on the second count in lieu of $1.00 cash. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tatro III is scheduled to re-appear in City Court on January 27, 2022, at 2:30PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jonathan L. Holland, 38, of Bethany, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, failure to keep right\/two lane road and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree, after a traffic stop on Rt. 63 in the town of Batavia for a vehicle and traffic law violation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After an investigation, it was determined that Holland was allegedly operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving with a suspended driver&#8217;s license.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Holland was transported to the Genesee County jail for processing and released with appearance tickets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He will appear in Batavia Town Court on February 3, 2022, at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Joey R.
