Hightower, 22, all of Rochester, are each charged with petit larceny following an investigation at Target, 4300 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive in Batavia, on January 25, 2022 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All three are accused of stealing merchandise from the store. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All three are released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 22, 2022 at 10:00a.m. in front of Judge Young.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Michael R. Whiteman, 49, of Perry, is charged with DWAI\/drugs, open alcoholic container and inadequate exhaust system, after an investigation during a traffic stop on Cockram road in Byron on November 4, 2021 at 12:58a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whiteman was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Byron Town Court on February 7, 2022 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jeryn C.
