Seelau, 69, of Genesee St., Corfu, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, moving from a lane unsafely and speed not reasonable and prudent after a one vehicle accident with the vehicle on it&#8217;s side on S. Lake road in Pembroke on December 23, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>A deputy made contact with Seelau and the passenger who were uninjured and denied medical attention.<\/p>\n<p>Following an investigation, Seelau was arrested.<\/p>\n<p>He was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on January 23, 2018 at 4:30p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>David J.M. Weininski, 23, of Ballard Rd., Fillmore, is charged with DWAI\/drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and failure to keep right after a one car motor vehicle accident on Lake St. Rd. in LeRoy on July 15, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Following an investigation into the accident, Weininski was arrested on December 21, 2017 and issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Collin R. Wickings, 24, of Clinton St. Rd., Bergen, is charged with violating a court order after allegedly having 3rd party contact with two protected parties of an order of protection.<\/p>\n<p>Wickings was released and issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on January 3, 2018 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lee C. Zimmerman, 47, of S. Lake Ave., Bergen, is charged with harassment 2nd following a domestic incident in Bergen on S. Lake avenue on December 22, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Zimmerman allegedly shoved another person.<\/p>\n<p>Zimmerman was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Village of Bergen Court on January 3, 2018 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bruce D.
