Dugar, 30, all of Syracuse, NY, are each charged with petit larceny after a larceny complaint at 4180 Veterans Memorial Drive, Dicks Sporting Goods, in the Town of Batavia on February 8, 2022 at 6:59p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All three are accused of stealing merchandise from the store. All three were released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Batavia Court on March 15, 2022 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Charles T. Kuhn, 47, of Alexander, NY, is charged with DWI and moving from a lane unsafely after an investigation of a vehicle off the road on Sprague road in Alexander on February 8, 2022 at 11:22p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deputies say Kuhn was allegedly operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kuhn was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Alexander Town Court on February 15, 2022 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dayneisha L.
