Robinson, 29, of Pembroke, is charged with unlawful possession of a noxious material after deputies responded to a disturbance call on Genesee street on February 10, 2022 at 10:36a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An investigation revealed that Robinson allegedly pepper sprayed another person without proper justification to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Robinson was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court and released on her own recognizance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rafael E. Colon, 39, of North Tonawanda, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after an incident on February 5, 2022 at 8:46pm in the Town of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Colon allegedly failed to abide by an order of protection signed by Judge Young in the Town of Batavia Court.
