Deputies from the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office responded to a residence in the Town of Arcade for a domestic violence incident on February 2, 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deputies spoke with the victim who reported Carlos Torres Valentin, 33, had threatened the victim while holding a knife and was physically abusive. It was discovered that children were located inside the residence at the time of the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Torres Valentin was arrested and charged with menacing 2nd, harassment 2nd, criminal mischief 4th and endangering the welfare of a child. Torres Valentin was arraigned in the Town of Java Court and released on his own recognizance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He will reappear in court on March 3, 2022, in the Town of Arcade Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
