On February 17, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Michael F. Head, 46, of Buffalo, NY, for aggravated DWI.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Troopers responded to Geise Road, in the town of Bennington, to check the welfare of a man on the side of the road. Head was located along with his vehicle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the interview, Head was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment and Troopers determined he had allegedly been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition.\u00a0 Head failed standardized field sobriety tests.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.20% BAC.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
