Pierce, 20, of Syracuse, NY, is charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, unlawful possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after a traffic stop on Market street on January 3, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Pierce was found to have a suspended registration for insurance not in effect and had a suspended driver&#8217;s license for failure to pay fines in the Village of Attica and the Town of Stafford.<\/p>\n<p>During a search of the vehicle, marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia were found inside the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Pierce was arraigned in Attica Village Court and remanded to the Wyoming County Jail. Her next court appearance is scheduled for February 6, 2017 at 10 a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Catlin M.
