Hopkins, 42, of Bethany, is charged with aggravated DWI\/child passenger less than 16 years old, DWI, endangering the welfare of a child and moving from a lane unsafely, after a rollover accident on Ellicott street road in Pavilion on January 21, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hopkins was allegedly operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more with a child in the vehicle, resulting in a motor vehicle collision with injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hopkins was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Pavilion Town court on March 15, 2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jonah T. Luplow, 19, of Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and failure to maintain lane, after a traffic stop on Bank street road in Batavia on March 6, 2022 at 1:44a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luplow was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Batavia Town Court on March 31, 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amanda B.
