MANIACE<\/em>, F\/40 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charges following an investigation into an incident where she allegedly struck a protected party of an order of protection. MROZ<\/em>, F\/32 of Batavia, NY, was arrested for criminal contempt in the first degree and harassment in the second degree following a disturbance. Main St. \u2013 <em>Julius L. SANFORD<\/em>, M\/29 of Buffalo, NY, was arrested on the above listed charges following an investigation on a traffic stop. SANFORD was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released on his own recognizance. SANFORD is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on April 6, 2022. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Criminal Mischief 4th<\/strong>, 4:18 AM, Saturday, September 25, 2021, Highland Pk. \u2013 On March 1, 2022, <em>Derrick M. WILLIAMS<\/em>, M\/32 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant out of Batavia City Court. The warrant was issued following a case where WILLIAMS, allegedly, damaged property at a residence in Batavia in September 2021. WILLIAMS was arraigned in Batavia City Court before Judge Rogers and released. WILLIAMS is due back in Batavia City Court on April 6, 2022, at 2:00 PM. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th; Inadequate headlamp,<\/strong> 3:15 AM, Wednesday, March 2, 2022, Elm St. \u2013 <em>Michelle D. ULICKEY<\/em>, F\/45 of Batavia, NY, was stopped in the area of E. Main Street for allegedly driving with no headlights. After further investigation it was found that ULICKEY was allegedly in possession of cocaine. ULICKEY was released on appearance tickets. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Theft of Services<\/strong>, 10:03 AM, Sunday, February 20, 2022, River St. \u2013 On February 28, 2022, <em>Cameron J. SOKOLOWSKI<\/em>, M\/29 or Batavia, NY, was arrested after an investigation into a complaint where it is alleged that SOKOLOWSKI refused to pay for his cab fare. It is alleged that SOKOLOWSKI accepted a ride from a taxi driver and when SOKOLOWSKI reached his destination, he went inside and refused to come back out to pay the driver. SOKOLWOSKI was arrested and issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court on a later date. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Petit Larceny<\/strong>, 8:00 PM, Sunday, February 20, 2022, Jackson St. \u2013 On February 28, 2022, <em>Benito A. GAY<\/em>, M\/33 of Batavia, NY, was arrested after an investigation into a larceny from a local business. It is alleged that GAY had taken three beers from the cooler of a gas station and exited the store without paying for the beer.
