On March 3, 2022, at 8:51 p.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Dain O. Kilian, 38, of Warsaw, NY, for criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful manufacturing meth 2nd<\/sup>, a class\u00a0C-felony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Troopers were dispatched to assist a Parole Officer in need of assistance on Rt. 20A in the town of Warsaw. Upon arrival, Kilian was found to allegedly be in possession of hydrocodone and oxycodone without a prescription. Kilian was also found to allegedly be in possession of methamphetamine manufacturing supplies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Kilian was arraigned in the town of Warsaw Court and remanded to Wyoming County Jail without bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kilian will return to court in the town of Warsaw on March 7, 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
