Sczepanski, 24, of Bergen, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, driving to the left of pavement markings and moving from a lane unsafely, after a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in the Town of Batavia on March 8, 2022, at 11:44p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sczepanski was released on traffic tickets and is to appear in Batavia Town Court on March 24, 2022, at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Michael E. Main, 38, of Oakfield, is charged with offering a false instrument for filing 1st degree, after signing a supporting deposition to be filed in an ongoing investigation, allegedly knowing that the information he gave was false. The incident occurred on December 23, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Main was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Oakfield Town Court on April 4, 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Andrew A.
